Founded in Neuchâtel (Switzerland), the Company La Méthode works on developing choreographic pieces that combine contemporary dance, Hip Hop influences and physical theater.
SELECTION : NEXT STEPS
Maxime Jeannerat is part of the four choreographers selected for NEXT STEPS, an initiative support by STEPS Festival that help choreographers in the development of their artistic career.
Over the season 2027/2028 and 2028/2029, he will create two production for two of the four partner companies : Bern Ballet, Ballet Basel, St.Gallen Dance Company and Ballet Junior de Genève.

The company is currently developing its new creation : DROPS
DROPS is staging the body as a place of transformation.
The choreography presents a performer whose level of physical engagement is shifting.
He’s moving across a series of bodily states.
Through effort and time, his body operates a metamorphosis, transforming
according to the images that inhabit him, the moments of life he chooses to move through, the characters he embodies.
